Yes, you can. However, pressure washing leads to premature granule loss which shortens the life of your roof. This has been done on many homes and businesses to remove the stains caused by mold, mildew and algae. The problem is that it only takes off the visible coating spread across the roof while leaving the roots in place. Yes. We can utilize a similar process to clean the entire exterior of your home, using less pressure than that of a garden hose. This method of cleaning lasts 2-3 times as long as standard pressure washing. Pressure washing the exterior surfaces of a home (with the exception of concrete driveways/sidewalks) should only be done to prepare the surface for painting.
