 Absolutely not. The non-pressure chemical-based cleaning process used by Rhodes Roof Cleaning is the same method recommended by shingle manufacturers and the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association.  Yes, you can. However, pressure washing leads to premature granule loss which shortens the life of your roof. This has been done on many homes and businesses to remove the stains caused by mold, mildew and algae. The problem is that it only takes off the visible coating spread across the roof while leaving the roots in place. These root spores spread again almost immediately and within a year or two the roof will need to be cleaned again. Our cleaning method uses pressure less than that of a ga

 Yes. We can utilize a similar process to clean the entire exterior of your home, using less pressure than that of a garden hose. This method of cleaning lasts 2-3 times as long as standard pressure washing. Pressure washing the exterior surfaces of a home (with the exception of concrete driveways/sidewalks) should only be done to prepare the surface for painting. 

 Giving an immediate estimate over the phone would not be fair to us or to the customer, as It's impossible to provide an accurate estimate without first seeing the property to be cleaned. We will gladly provide a free estimate only after an initial visitation and review. 

 No. Our staff will carry out any work requested whenever it's most convenient for you, and will only need to meet with you after the work is completed to receive approval and final payment. We require no money up-front.
